    Lol I've met a few Vermont people on here but not much. We are a small state and a lot of people here are hush hush about weight loss surgery

    So sorry that I didn't respond until now. I haven't been on the site much and didn't know how to get back to this thread. I am just 20 minutes from you in Pawlet. I have not had surgery yet. I am going through the long process (8 months), and if approved, will have surgery at UVM Medical in Burlington.

    I live in Brattleboro and have just started the journey. I have BCBS of Vermont and attended the info session at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon last week. If all goes smoothly, I'll be eligible in mid-April and hopefully can have a surgery date by May.
