Couldn't find the cheese ... bummer

I did find hummus though! Bought the Athenos brand Spicy Three Pepper flavor and just had some on Triscuits ... yum!

I was actually looking for a brand called "Tribe" because I found a couple coupons for it ... if any of you buy that brand and want these coupons, let me know and I'll snail mail em to ya

Bloo---Does they hummas have a lot of Protein or do you just like the taste?

Bloo---Does they hummas have a lot of Protein or do you just like the taste?

The one I bought only has 1g protein per 2 T ... tastes good on triscuits, wouldn't know how to eat it (or even if I would like it) otherwise

OK so a fire broke out near my house last night and I've been without phone, TV & internet for the past 24 hours ... totally sucked to be "out of touch" with the world  ... but I'm back :cool2::w00t:

Today ~

Breakfast ~ 1 Cheesy Scrambled Egg, 3 Slices Turkey Bacon

Lunch ~ 4oz. Parmesan Meatballs mixed w/ 1/4 C Ricotta Cheese

Snack ~ 6 Parmesan Garlic Triscuit Thin Crisps w/ 2 T Light Cream Cheese

Dinner ~ Same as lunch ...

Apples2, these are potstickers. Luluc makes them, but she found them at Targets. Sort of (I think) like a dumpling. Luluc knows.

potstickers.jpg

yes, i found them @target in the frozen food section - good option rather than making them  which can be time consuming. i make them w/ground chicken or turkey / shredded cabbage, carrots, green onion & hoison sauce. i use wonton wrappers, steam - then freeze in bulk. i take out when wanting a few, pan sear them & use a dipping sauce (i like a spicey tai version or dim sum sauce)

nutritional value for 5 off the top of my head is around 200 calories & 12g of Protein. i'm sure its' posted a few pages back.

yesterday -

b- 5.3oz honey greek yogurt

s- half tuna wrap

l- other half tuna wrap

s- ostrich Jerky stick

d- half chille relleno, few bites of refried Beans

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
