I told ya'll about the banana "ice cream" tip I got off of Rachael Ray...well today I made one that tasted like the tropical blizzard from Dairy Queen! It was sooooo good! I blended 1/2 large frozen banana (sliced), little 1% milk (start with 1/4 cup and add as needed while blending), about 4 tbsp pineapple juice, and about a tbsp of chopped pecans. The only thing it could have was a little coconut. It was delicious!!

I guess you could say that "being bad" is in the air.

I've been off for about 2 weeks. I keep trying on the next day to start of right and then it goes to sh#%.

I haven't been able to get back on track since school started and since I started back to work at the school.

I need to get my "grab and go" foods in order, take my traveling tote everywhere w/me...I was doing so well during the summer.

I'll get back there! And soon!

On Saturday my DH and one of my DD took me out for a birthday lunch. It was seafood, I've never had an issue w/that. Well today I did. I pb everything. I haven't had that bad of an issue since I was filled 2 months ago. I guess I didn't think and didn't chew.

We all went out for dinner later and everything was fine. I watched my portion size, ate slowly and chewed everything!

I want to get over this hump of 186 and get to 184. I've seen 185 and want to skip it now.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
