Ok so I am about 9 months into my journey and 100 pounds down. Even though the scale doesn't lie, nor does the size of your clothes - it's hard to come to terms with the fact your body has changed! Although I know I am not the only one whose brain has not caught up with their new body. I am now an avid runner & loving my new life!
I read a lot of different health & fitness magazines and online articles but greatist.com has put out an awesome one today that has inspired me to start this thread:
