Silly Penni, you can eat a whole serving of Cheetos! I'm certainly not going to eat one M n' M and call that fair. And Rebecca, a one pound chocolate bar? Isn't that rather selfish? Can I have half?

Of all things, I just binged on radishes. I already finished my lunch, but there were three fat radishes left, so I ate them. Sure, it's only a veggie, but it's pressing my lil pouchy. I hate my compulsive nature.

Wow I need this too..Im at a plateau or it could be just all the damn halloween candy in this friggin house :rolleyes .. Sweets & chocolate have not been nice to me this week. I do not even want to limit myself to one cuz that is what got me into this mess..so I'm going to cut it cold turkey ..one a day for the last week has creaped up on me. I have lost a measely 3/4 of a friggin lb in 2 weeks. I told my kids after they go trick or treating the candy is in the garbage or they better hide it in such a good place that they wont even remember where they put it. Im all in for this challenge in a big time way!!!

I think I gotta sic you guys on Erin. She just came in here to offer me Pringles, as she stuffed them in her mouth. What part of this doesn't she understand? I'm going to have the kids make a DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS sign for my door.

Hi, my name is Nora... I'm a junk foodaholic. Yesterday I had to take all the halloween candy and hide them in the trunk of my husbands car. Then just to be on the safe side, I hide my key to his car outside of the house. Even then I almost went out in my nightgown to get a kit-kat, alright I was going to get the whole bag of kit-kats, thankfully it was to cold for me, or my hubby would have found me at 2am buried under a pile of candy wrappers in a suger-coma... Maybe If I just bring in one kit kat????

Sign me up for this challenge! If I could only avoid the goodies, I'd be so much more ahead in my goals. If it's around, I'm gonna eat it! I have been eating oatmeal raisin Cookies. They DO have plenty of Fiber, ya know.

Great timing Lisa! I don't know what's happened to me but I have been eating crap like it's goin' out of style. The weird thing is, I never used to be a sweet eater...I used to eat rice and Pasta...bread...you know the drill. Now that I can't eat that stuff- I've turned to candy and Cookies...and I don't even like candy or cookies! I'm stuffing my feelings and need to get a handle on it. Hold on- I'm going into the kitchen to throw it all away.

There. I'm in on the challenge. What's everyone's prize for being successful? You all know I love prizes...mine is this to-die-for soft pink winter scarf I saw at Target the other day and just couldn't see buying. Now I'm going to earn it!!!

So- here's my very public goal...

I will refrain from eating more than one treat a day for one week. Then I get the scarf. Ha.

Megan

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
