This has nothing to do with weight loss but

I was getting topics etc. sent to my e-mail. All of a sudden it stopped. Anyone know how to get it back???

    Are you subscribed to certain topics? That is how I get them.

    Yes but I get the emails on my cell phone. I think I might have accidentally hit the unsubscribe at the bottom of the screen instead of the trash bin. I even went back on my computer and tried to redo it but it's still not working. Oh well
