Are beef sticks fine on my soft and moist stage of post op?

Examples of some foods I can eat right now:

Canned turkey/tuna/chicken

Baked fish

deli meats

block of low fat cheese

eggs

Do you guys think beef sticks would be a good choice at this stage? They are pretty moist. I get organic beef sticks from a local butcher shop, it's not like im eating slim jim's or anything :D

Thanks

When starting out..I never could eat anything like that...too tough...you'd have to chew forever and it will fill your stomach quickly...aside from all the sodium.

I'm on soft foods too!

Oh man, beef sticks sound awesome! I would just make sure it's not full of any added sugars.
I had about a quarter of a beef hotdog this weekend and it settled well.

Just make sure to chew chew chew!
