Pain on side of abdomen after strretching

Ok. Last night I was putting something on the top shelf in my closet, when I felt a pain. I'm thinking that I might have stretched too much and pulled a muscle, but I am not sure. It is a dull pain, but it is noticeable. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't be too concerned about a "dull" pain, but if you are worried, see your family doctor.

Thanks. I will give it a few days. My guess is that it will stop. I probably just pulled a muscle that I have not used in a while.

I had a pain on my right side. Went to the doctor. He said no worries that's where I anchored your hernia. You probably stretched too much. I said a heads up would have been nice.
