How to unblock a member's signature?

I joined BP yesterday. My first official action was to inadvertently block (I think that's what the little option window said) the signature on a forum post I was read. My search for help failed. Here's hoping someone can tell me how to restore that nice member's signature block. She didn't know and suggested I write to Alex, the founder, but I can't even find a way to contact him. Thank you.
