Please Respond to New Bandster in Trouble!!

:help: I just read a thread entitled "Lost" by Missyr which hasn't had any responses. I did respond in order to offer encouragement, but she had some questions on what to eat which I couldn't help her with. Her grandma is in the hospital and her dad just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I think she is at wit's end. Could some of you more experienced bandsters reply to her. Thanks, Edith
