abnormal positioning under gastroesophageal junctiion with proximal pouch

Hi,

I was banded two years ago and now have received the results of my barium swallow X-ray.

I have a band that is incorrectly positioned and have a proximal pouch. Has anyone else had this problem, and what was done about it?
