Any Sleeve patients in India?

I had my sleeve done by the fabulous Dr. Today on 2/21. I'm on a liquid diet for quite some time. Anybody in India know where I can get the best liquid protein shakes? We don't have Popsicles here or sugar free jello. I'm subsisting on Crystal Light, strained bone broth, and coconut water. Also where can I get a good Biotin here to stop the hair loss I hear about?
