Band to gastric bypass

So long story short. I had been banded nov 2009, lost 60 pds and summer of 2010 got pregnant. Had son 2011, got my fills put back in. Well just a few months ago I started to throw up more and more. Went to new doctor and did the nasty chalk stuff, found out that I have a hiatal hernia and that my band is also tight. I'am having an endoscopy done on Thurs. and doctor said we will go from there. He is opting for bypass for me. So what is the time frame for those that have had by pass done.
