Still having trouble getting your water in daily?

Recommended Posts

I had my surgery last March and still struggle with getting all my Water in. I found H9 water about a month ago and 1 bottle gives you the hydration of 64 oz in a day. So you only need 1 a day. And this might be too much information but after my surgery I had trouble with Constipation and this water has relieved that as well. Bariatric pal has been a god send for me throughout this whole process and If i can help any of my fellow sleevers, I want to!! Check it out. Www.h9water.com/1bottle

I looked at this Water website..so you have to become a distributer/business in order to get this? its not for purchase? I think I remember seeing this before a long time ago. :)

No you don't have to be a distributor. You can be if you want to get the Water free. And it tastes like smart water. It's really amazing.

I didn't really understand how 1 bottle can give you hydration of 64oz, unless it just keeps the Water in the body and doesn't let it go out, which I think is not healthy either. Water is supposed to come out with pee and take with it the waste products.

It doesn't keep it in your body. It's a different kind of Water called structured water. It's the same kind of water that is found in your cells so you get so much more from just one bottle than 8 bottles of regular water. It is absorbed into your body much much easier.

From what I have read, Water is the same whether inside our cells or in tummy or bottle.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
