Anyone Having Gastric Sleeve Surgery With Dr Ramos Kelly?

Hello, I have my money for the surgery and am looking into having my surgery with Dr. Jaime Ricardo Ramos Kelly but I can't find much information on here as to who used him and how it was or even if anyone is going to use him. I found him listed when I searched for him and it shows he has like 61 reviews but when I click to view it says, Dr. Kelly does not currently have an active surgeon listing with BariatricPal!
