CAT scan of the abdomen and pelvis

has anyone had it done post op,if yes how much of the contrast did you drink? I'm going for one tomorrow and the radiology center has me drinking 2 big bottles. One tonight and one tomorrow morningI'm wondering if that's too much being that I don't have a normal sized stomach anymore

i just recently had a one-year follow-up barium swallow, and it took all morning because I could only drink and ounce of the barium every few minutes. I had to drink something like 16 ounces. I drank a few, took images, drank a few more, waited 1/2 hour, took images, this process continued for about four hours.
