Hi Joy, I had my surgery October 1st and I am over 100 pounds down. The thing I did when I came home from the hospital was to do just what they told me. I am very blessed as my appetite has not come back still and I concentrate on makng sure that I get my Protein in each day. I learned real quick to stop once my stomach tells me I am full because one more spoonful and my stomach will hurt for sometime. I have found that drinking something hot after I eat really helps keep my stomach calm. Would enjoy talking with you to encourage you and help you along your journey. Keep moving forward!
