I can't tell mother

Surgery is 17, I am dropping off my dog at her hous-so me and husband can go to Mexico. 'Yes mom, I'm going to the border of Mexico to have cheap, invasive, permanent surgery so I can lose weight...wish me luck'. I can't tell her that, so what should I do?

She will stress and worry and try and talk me out of it, she has severe anxiety- and she already knows something is up

Yeah I thought of Vegas, we might drop by on the way... But when I see her several months later when I am a skinny bitch, she gonna know I didn't get that way from eatin no dang carrot

@ - so what? Then you tell her after the fact. This way you don't have her nagging you before and you can be in a better head space pre-surgery.

Just tell her why lie...even if she's worried that's what mum's do even if you are grown...Just tell her right when you drop the dog off talk when we get back mum flight to catch...
