  1. I like the Taco Bell spicy tostada, McDonald's eggwhite sandwich or fruit parfait, Panda Express white rice bowl with some protein mix-in, kids meals from everywhere (I can only eat about half of one), chick fail a chicken salad or wrap. Most of all I found being a parasite to someone else's plate helps out a lot, a bite of this and that.
  2. That does seem like a lot, you don't want to stretch it out. Are you taking an antacid regularly? My constant hunger didn't seem to go away until the 5th month at least.
  3. I think fat people know a lot more about nutrition than people give us credit for. I knew all about carbs and fat and how horrible they are. I used to work in healthcare- and have seen firsthand the results of long term obesity has on the body. Most of us have all seen the food documentaries -super size me ..etc..I know it's bad, but food is so plentiful and delicious that it was hard to change. Portion size has been the key for me. I still can't believe how much people eat and think it's normal. I can't believe how huge kids meals are. What has recently surprised me is how bad sugar is and just how unregulated the industry has become. Although every decade it's a new vice, we had it wrong so many times before- I remember the margarine is better than butter craze---it wasn't. There is a lot of trust issues when it comes to food science, I don't think they have figured it out yet.
  4. I know it won't last forever, I am terrified at the thought of even gaining one pound back. Good habits are important for long term success, I doubt anyone could disagree with that
  5. @@LipstickLady not friendly, hypocritical. Taking sides. There is a difference, by your standards, nearly everyone has resorted to attacks. You can't pretend to be sending a public service announcement just at me, when everyone is doing it, that's where the joke is.@@VSGAnn2014 dude- if you don't like it, you don't have to respond to it. Not everyone is just like you, maybe we are being a bit too sensitive. @@Elode are you gonna share the popcorn? I know you are enjoying this way too much.
  6. I highly suggest the mods do ban me, if nothing more than to make a point that your free speech is in jeopardy, and the integrity of the site nothing more than a contrived illusion. Do it.
  7. @VSGAnn2014. Ha go right ahead, I don't care. Looks poorly on you though.
  8. @@LipstickLady if you are not gonna call out everyone on this board, then I suggest you hush up sweetie
  9. @@Elode I am sure I could find some of your older posts to drag up and try and offend you and what not- really make it personal, but I would rather waste my time doing something else, you are just not that interesting. Sorry Hun.
  10. Calling out the reason I have lost so much weight, bariatric surgery. I have dieted, exercised, literally struggled my whole life with weight issues until getting surgery and bam! I am the thinnest I have ever been with little to no effort 6 months out. I am not even hungry most the time, I just eat for old reasons like when I am happy or sad or socializing or if the food is really good. WLS has done for me what diet and exercise couldn't, too bad insurance won't cover for everyone... No one needs a huge stomach...
  11. Well now that it's in rants and raves- excellent! If you don't like what I post, then don't read my posts. Calling out on people that they are mentally ill, need therapy, and a clown is something that is done to a lot of people on this site- and is taking away from the conversation. @@laguerr13 maybe you shouldn't of let it get to the point where it was THAT serious for you. @@Miss Mac good riddance, don't like it- don't read it, don't be a big mother goose about it. @@Elode hmm you can go ahead and suck my balls, take your REstingBface somewhere else.
  12. Maybe I just need to refocus it. Let's talk about Unjury, and how deliciously satisfying it is.
  13. Enough about me, let's talk about you. Do you have a candy bar in your kitchen? What's your kryptonite? Do you smoke, cheat on your spouse, watch too much TV? What ticks you off?
  14. finally... Welcome to my world, it's a struggle.... Gotta start exercising, but good luck trying to have the energy to do that while eating small amounts of crap, I have not figured that part out yet.
  15. Hey now everyone, let's uh chillax, I changed my name to kind of take a break ya know? But good golly y'all are just a little bit excited and uptight, taking things way out of context, getting the pitchforks out, calling on mods to step in, it's like a bunch of kids on the playground. The sad thing is, I really do eat crap. They call it 'skinny fat'. Everyone talks on these boards about how good they are and the one time they cheated- felt horrible! It's exhausting seeing the same angelic posts all the time, and I am just sitting here literally fighting with myself to NOT eat the huge candy bar in the kitchen, and yet it will be gone bite by little bite. It's food addiction. As mentioned in some posts about my 'vegetarianism', and my Arby's remark, I actually do eat and enjoy those beef and cheddar jr's, though I haven't had one in a while, at the same time- I am really conflicted with the outright torture of animals - I really struggle with the meat part- especially the pigs, but they are tasty and I will eat something with 'accidental' bacon, but I try to avoid it. Not decided yet if I care what happens to chickens, they are dumb animals. It's complex people, could we have more vegetarian fast food places?! Americans don't need that much freakin torture animal meat in their diets, I struggle with the fact it's in everywhere. And as far as everyone wanting to pounce and gang up on people, it's a bit overdone. Elode's comments kind of set me off into an immature rant. Do we need to be policing other people all the time?! People love Donald Trump because he speaks his mind and his kind of a jerk, it refreshing. I don't agree about anything he says, but dang it's nice to hear some candid talk. We have gone too far the other way in shaming people out of free speech. It wasn't taken away from us, we did it to ourselves. As far as the cursing, I am sorry. I like to be candid, speak my mind, and rant off on tangents (usually ambien-laden- hence the spelling errors). Sorry, I know it's a little trashy and ghetto. At the very least, at least I gave some people some entertainment value.
  16. Ok everyone, I may have trolled a little too hard on this one. My mantra is moderation. I am sorry if I have offended anyone or made light on anyone's struggles. I am struggling as well, and have been struggling for a long time with weight and food issues, I just choose to do so in a sarcastic cynical way.
  17. @@Elode oh is the PC police out in full force and you go out of your way to try and throw me under the bus. I never said I am a doctor and you should this to me, this is an open forum amongst adults, stop being the Pc police and shut the hell up
  18. I think protein is a fad, 60-70 g is waaaaaay over doing it. Proteins bars are loaded with sugar and crap, I eat those too... But not behind this 500 dollar business of gross protein shakes. U want protein? Go to Arby's and get a junior bacon cheddar melt. Good studd
  19. I am a girl, I am sixth months out, I am below goal, I look Like I am sick. AMA!
  20. Nash I am saying in moderation, if I feel lik having rippin chicken, I gonna eat it.mfrat me would've eating the whole thing, me- I just make the good times roll in life tl bitty portions
  21. 12 days of food: wake up and go to Popeyes, get me some chicken biscuit and a medium cok. Whelp I ate a couple pieces for breakfast, ate the beans and rice for lunch, had me half a Popeyes Pepsi, had a half cherry coke at work, 2 bananas and a big piece of chocolate symphony bar, Guys, I'm sick
