  1. Yeah I should clarify, it's bad, but manageable. I take Prilosec in morning and ratidine at night. I have a reclining bed...it's all just expensive. And yest still better than being fat
  2. 5 weeks is plenty enough time, you should even be on solids by then because stomach should be healed. You don't have to worry about busting a stitch at that point. I was doing 5 mile hikes at 4 weeks out and felt fine, just keep up with the protein. Safe travels
  3. Heartburn is killing me, it's constant
  4. Jfc all, you all wrong, some doctor good, some bad, he'll- they don't even know what causes cholesterol, are we really giving them the credit they deserve?
  5. Oh I can't advertise it direct, but one email to coordinator and she will tell you They have excellent financing, I know several people that did it that way, I just put it on my credit card
  6. http://earthlings.com/?page_id=32 You just havnt been shocked and disgusted enough
  7. Wow u gonna have to report back here and give us some good idea...I am a total wine noob
  8. Lucky girl, I had a cup cake at 8 days and I sucked on that thing all day, it was divine.nyou give me fast food though, pUKE... Gag...grease...
  9. Go to Ariel ortex, you can get scheduled in less than 2 months. This guy is legit
  10. Any sleep eaters out there? If so, what have you gotten into. ( just for fun). I am a huge sleep eater, I get into Cheetos, ice cream, a bite of this and that. And yes, I know the solution is to not have them in the house to begin with, but tell that to my fat ass husband
  11. Addiction? I replaced my thoughts of food with thoughts of vaping-nonstop. Havnt picked it up yet though.
  12. Sounds like a shallow bitty. our society teaches us that we ALL would be prettier thinner, she's only repeating what she sees on the kardashians, don't listen to it!
  13. 3 weeks post op I could tolerate coffe very wellmbut had to work up to it a few sips at a time
  14. Liquids go in and go out, they don't sit in stomach at all. Refer to the barium swallow test, does anyone remember that crap just hanging out in the stomach? Liquids you should have no problem, drink away but don't chug, or you are gonna puke
  15. 600-700? You are setting yourself up for one hell of a stall, seem a bit low to me, your body might freak out a bit
  16. Dang, that's hard. I can eat 20 g in one bite
  17. It's probably good because it has hardly any protein in it...
  18. Don't take laxatives, you will dehydrate yourself at a critical time. I didn't follow the recommended pre op diet until the day before...well not even that, 10 hours before my surgery I took a sleeping pill and sleep ate 2 candy bars from the hotel fridge. I was the first to get surgery the next day, not a word was said and no complications. I am not suggesting this is a good idea, however, don't worry so much. Get good eating habits before and you will be a better success after
  19. BMI of 29 and went for it, sick of being fat my whole life. The one and only negative I have is the 24/7 GERD. It's not all roses, but much easier to lose weight
  20. Stretching you shouldn't worry about, you should worry about polishing a large size snack bag of Cheetos off in one sitting without filling a thing. So easy to still eat crap on the sleeve, not so much stretching it
  21. classic stall, go have yourself a fat day
  22. I find myself feeling a bit defensive LOL since you put size 4's in quotes! I guarantee you I am a 4 in almost everything I pull off the rack any brand. Want me to send pic of the labels? Jk mostly but feeling a bit hurt! Sorry I wasn't trying to attack anyone, just a tad suspicious..I believe you I believe you, maybe I am just jealous of y'all size 4 skinny biatches
  23. I have the nastiest thunder cottage cheese thighs, and flapping arms. Realistically, what shoul I do here?
  24. Mine was an assembly line, there were 5 people at the same time. They prep you for surgery, and the cutting begins. One after the other. It was Mexico though....
