band to bypass revision with herna?

I was banded in September of 2012 and i lost a total of 103 l s. I recently started having much pain and decided to have all the fluid removed from my band. On Friday i had an egd done and they said i have a hernia. I am so confused as i wanted to have a revision to gastric bypass but dont know what they are gonna do now. Had anyone had this type of problem???
