7 months post op with IUD and 5 weeks pregnant

I had surgery in July 2014, I'm down 122 lbs. At the end of October I had the Paragard IUD put in. I am a couple of weeks late for my period, but wasn't too concerned because I just figured that with the weight loss and the IUD my period was out of wack. Well I just took 2 pregnancy tests and they are positive. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, but wanted to see if anyone else has been through this? This is not what I was expecting or planning.....

Yes, I wasn't pregnant when they put it in... I even had my period in November... I must've gotten pregnant in December with the IUD.
