What do you snack on if you can't have artificial sweetener?

I see people post that they have sugar free Popsicles and jello for sweet treats to help them through....what do you do if you can't have artificial sweetener?

I will be 11 weeks post op tomorrow. My docs plan has me on two shakes and one meal per day, no snacking. So far it's been going really well and I am not missing my Snacks. But am interested for future reference on responses to this post......bring them on!!!

:)

When I was in that phase I made my own Popsicles and pudding. Pudding I made by taking Greek yogurt and unsweetened cocoas powder and the Popsicles I used vitamin water zero and Popsicle molds I bought from bed bath and beyond. Hope this helps.

I have the "desert bullet " I bought a Walmart and it's the best kitchen device I think I've ever Used since VSG! You put frozen fresh fruit in and it comes out like ice cream...it's amazing!! Highly recommend!

Thank you all so much for the suggestions!

vanilla no-fat Greek yogurt with (or without) fresh raspberries.

cheese toast (low-cal whole wheat toast with sharp cheddar cheese slightly melted on top)

Small apple sliced with sharp cheese

For those post-surgery, what about Truvia? I've been using it in my coffee forever and it's the only sugar free sweetener I care for. Will I be able to use it after my surgery?
