Hello Gastric Sleeve Pals!
I really need some pointers on how to improve my consumption.
I am in the middle of week 3 post op. I am supposed to be eating three pureed meals per day, 2 dairy and pureed fruit Snacks per day, AND drinking 80 oz of Fluid per day. I am not allowed to drink 10 minutes before eating, 20 minutes during eating, and 1 hour after eating. So HOW ON EARTH am I supposed to get all of this eating done when I still have to drink 80 oz of fluid per day?!? And the dairy snacks pose a real problem thanks to my new found lactose intolerance.
The most fluid I've been able to drink in a day is 65 oz. The most food is 2 meals and 1 snack. I get all of my Protein in because I put protein in my fluids. However, I think my body is going into ketosis because I feel TERRIBLE and my weight has not dropped at all since the end of week 1. Not even after adding 30 minutes of cardio/day. I feel dizzy, extremely tired, mentally and physically uncoordinated. I struggle with simple math in my head (I am a financial analyst - NOT GOOD!).
HELP!!!!
