I used INT. I loved them. It is tiny, but it is clean. The nurses speak mostly Spanish, but they are incredibly nice. If you book through Trish, she has a stand of Spanish - English translations from I would like to ice to I'm nauseous to Please call my doctor, I hurt too much, etc.

There is always someone there (or was for me) who spoke at least enough English that I only used the sign once - and that was because I loved my nurse and wanted to be able to communicate.
