Spare tire!

I'm doing 2 days of weight lifting and 2 days of zumba.

I still house my little tire hanging out. Any suggestions?

not enough info....

when was surgery? how much have you lost? I think you are probably doing just great. 4 days of exercise is nice. give your body time to adjust. are you still in losing stage or maintenance? keep up the good work.

9 weeks out I'm at 44 pounds lost. I'm stalling between 215 and 220 for the past 3 weeks. My main problem is my at belly. Everything else has shrunk. I'm not necessarily rushing but just need tips to focuse on that area

At 215 pounds you can't "focus" on your tummy. You just have to lose more weight.

I'm 172 pounds and still have a spare tire that's smaller than it once was. But with another 22-27 pounds to lose, I expect to lose a lot more of my spare tire.

Happily, my tire is on the outside of my abdominal wall, not inside -- where it would indicate bigger health problems.

I'm one of those people that caries their weight well and although it's there I feel like with 15 more pounds it'd be gone. I'm just being impatient
