Is this dumping?!

All day I've had the worst stomach cramps, I've had horrible, at times even uncontrollable diarrhea (sorry TMI) - I haven't change anything in my diet, I'm only 10 days PO and still on full liquids. This is awful. I have hardly ate anything all day because I immediately cramp up and run to the bathroom. I feel like I need something substantial in my stomach, like bread, rice - BRAT diet stuff to stop this - Is this dumping or is something wrong?

Please contact your surgeon. Even if this turns out to be a normal part of the healing process, it's important to get a proper diagnosis. Another person's experience with these symptoms may not be reflective of what's going on with you.

I hope you feel better soon.
