Hi I'm not from Oregon but I had my RNY by Dr Ramy Awad to. Out of all the posts I've read you are the first person I've found who had it by the same dr. Congrats on your weight loss. It's been 2 and 1/2 years since my first surgery. I had to go back in for a revision 9 months ago because I had a gastric fistula that went from my old stomach to the pouch and caused an ulcer that would not heal. Dr. Awad fixed it and everything is going good now. I understand the head games. It's hard sometimes. I have trouble getting in all my protein. I eat a lot of cottage cheese. I hope you find someone close to talk with but there are always this site to help.
