Pain on right side of back

I am 3 weeks post op and everything is going pretty good except i still struggle with nausea and i am trying to figure out when i am actually hungry. I have a tendency to "under-eat" which causes me to be hungry again in about 2 hours. I don't know if that is normal or not but this past week my back has been hurting on the right side. The pain is only if i move a certain way or sit at my desk at work for too long. I don't know if it could be my gallbladder or what it could be.

Maybe i'm not getting enough Protein? Not sure.

Does anyone else experience that?
