I read a package of 72% dark chocolate. For one piece it had very little sugar which I don't eat.

I decided it would end up being a dangerous slider food I couldn't stop myself at just one piece.

So I'll stick with dark chocolate sf pudding.< /p>

I WISH they made sf eggnog!!!

I love chocolate and I know it's possibly dangerous, but for the last couple of months I have been having two pieces of Hershey's Mildly Sweet sugar free dark chocolate for one of my daily Snacks. The two piecies total only about 60 calories and don't seem to affect my weight loss. I'm not looking to give it up. So far, I have been able to eat only my planned allotment. If I find myself making exuses as to why it's ok to have more than my one serving, I'll re-think things. But so far, I am enjoying the chocolate.

I WISH they made sf eggnog!!!

I found a bunch of eggnog Protein recipes.... (Personally, I kept it simple and made an eggnog shake using vanilla Protein powder, skim milk, nutmeg, and dark rum. Mmmmmm.)

1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk

2 tbls vanilla Protein Powder

1 teaspoon rum extract

1/2 teaspoon allspice

4 -6 large ice cubes

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1 tbls stevia

1 scoop vanilla Protein powder

Nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract

Premier Protein® Eggnog

1/2 cup egg substitute

2 Tbsp sugar substitute like Stevia, more or less to taste

2 tsp rum extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp + pinch nutmeg, ground

2 pinches cinnamon, ground

Directions: In a medium saucepan heat on medium to medium high the Premier Protein®Shake, egg substitute and sweetener. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens slightly, usually a few minutes. Note, do not bring to a boil. Stir in the vanilla, rum, ½ tsp nutmeg & pinch of cinnamon.

Remove from heat and pour into a heat resistant container, cover and refrigerate until the eggnog has cooled (at least 3 hours).

Just prior to serving, ladle your yummy high protein eggnog into glasses, and garnish each with an extra little sprinkle of ground nutmeg & ground cinnamon.

I love chocolate. I've had some and done okay. *Had some delicious Vosges dark chocolate with sea salt.* I would stay away from any foods you can't eat without bingeing.

Can't wait to try Premier Protein shake eggnog recipe!! If it's good, gonna add a shot of espresso or coffee, cause I will be missing my annual Eggnog Lattes from Starbucks. They are now a no-no. Lol

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
