Any puréed turkey recipes that are decent out there?

Going to purée the last of the Thanksgiving turkey for after surgery (which is Dec 22). Anyone have some good recipes to make it taste good when I can eat puréed foods?

recipes????? Throw the turkey in a blender ---- blend ----- spoon it in.

There's really no way to make Puree appetizing. Thank the stars that it's over quickly. ;)

I pureed turkey with peanut satay sauce (in a bottle from Trader Joe's, nothing fancy!) then heated it up in the microwave with some shredded jack cheese on top.

Another one I liked was pureeing it with BBQ sauce and heating it up with cheddar cheese on top.

You could use gravy to puree it, I'll bet that would be good. Or try a basic garlic marinara and then top with mozzarella cheese when you are ready to heat it up.

I'm in the last day of purée foods myself. Been on them for the past two weeks. I did exactly as what she said. Purée with turkey gravey and purée with BBQ sauce. However keep in mind you will only need a little ... Or that's what I would do. Glad I think has great little containers that are about 4oz in size. They can go in the freezer or microwave. I had several from making my nephews baby food when he was an infant and they seem to be the perfect size. Experiment and play around.
