Sleeved 9/30 fat bags already

Sooooo it seems my thighs are where the inches are melting fast. It's like jello. Also my tummy is flappy. What exercises are you doing to tighten up the excess skin? Everyday it's something new but so far so good.

You really can't tighten up excess skin with exercise, sorry to say. You can put some muscles under it, which may make it look a little better, but time and plastic surgery are what you need to truly get rid of excess skin.

Exercises like squats and lunges are good for your thighs. You probably also want to do things like leg presses using weight machines.

For abs, I like doing all sorts of Pilates (the 100 is a really good one), bicycle crunches, and planks.

But as I said, these exercises aren't going to do anything to your skin. They work the muscle underneath the skin, not the skin itself. There isn't any way to tone skin via exercise.

Good luck!
