I know a lot of people are gearing up for surgery over the next few months. You know what else is gearing up? You got it, the FLU. This is just a friendly reminder to get your flu shot if that's your thing. At the very least wash your hands often, take a multivitamin and extra C. Clean those computer keyboards, doorknobs, light switches, etc. particularly if you have kids that go to public school or you work outside of your home. I had the flu last year and thought I would have to get better to die. Don't let the flu derail your surgery! Stay healthy!

I got mine! Didn't want anything to stand in my way of surgery!

They gave me mine in the hospital when I had my surgery.

Well i had my flu shot in October and my surgery is November 20th this Thursday. But i got dehydration a few days ago and went to the hospital for it. They gave me the I.V. and atavan for dizziness. Well the dizziness went away but i had a bad pain in the back of my left ear (but not inside) so my primary Docter put me on Ciprofloxacin for 10 days, and i started taking it tonight the 17th Monday. so i guess, its better for it, to be in my system for this surgery.
