Self Pay Question for those in the Houston Texas Area

Hello everyone. I’m a newbie here and this is my first post. I’m so thrilled. I was approved today for my loan to have gastric sleeve surgery. I have wanted to have this surgery for several years now and have just been unable to afford it and my insurance will not cover. Anyway, I am located in the Houston Texas area and I wanted to ask the people who were/are self-pay what the price of their surgery was and who their doctor was. I was going to go with Doctor Robert Marvin because I’d been told and I’d read a few places that his price was 11,000 but when I called today they said that was not the case and its 13,400. Just wondering if there is anyone in Houston do does it cheaper. Thanks so much for the help.

Dr clayton frenzel in Dallas is 12,500.00 with a 1,000 off discount till the end of the year so 11,500.00 and it covers everything plus he will give you a 1000 voucher to come back later to have any cosmetic surgery after your weight loss Good luck! Mexico is the next option

Im in Beaumont ,tx. I go to the Bariatric center of southeast tx. -Dr.Jerome Schrapps. He is great! My surgery is Monday the 24th. He has sleeved several of my friends. I have ins, so not sure of the price. But you should call. Its only about 1 1/2 away from Houston.
