Best bariatric surgery centers

According to some, the more you lost weight, the more you'll get the sagging/extra skin. I'm planning to do the operation in two months I'm worried about getting that extra skin. Also, I'm considering the best Bariatric Surgery Centers. Any suggestions aside from the one I got from Placidway?
