A stall at week 2 or 3 happens to everyone. If you just keep following the instructions for Protein, exercise and Water, it will pass. I know how frustrated you feel, I was going crazy too. Keep your chin up!

My doctor said a way to get over a stall is to increase your calories significantly for 2-3 days (say, 1100-1200) then drop them back down to 800.

Increase your protein, decrease carbs, change your exercise routine and the intensity of it. Get your labs checked to make sure nothing else is going on. Track your food to determine your daily counts; you may not be eating enough calories.
