Locating a place for fills that accepts Medicare in NW Washington State

I had lap band surgery in 2006. I need to locate a more affordable place for continuing care and fills. Since I live in Friday Harbor, I'd like to find someone from Seattle north. Does anyone know of a clinic that will accept other doctors' patients for fills and who accepts Medicare and/or other insurance payment?
