Robotic Assisted Surgery, anyone have this done, any feedback Post Op?

Hi. I have my surgery this Thursday ( 3 days !!) I am starting to get very nervous. This morning I saw something on "mychart" which says my surgery will be Robotic Assisted (Divinci). Have many had the robotic assisted, if so, any feedback or differences noticed? Thanks, sorry, just nervous and I didn't know this before now so didn't have opportunity to ask questions to my surgeon before.

thx

Seeing as I was both asleep and am not a Surgeon.........I didn't notice any difference..... :P Just messin with ya..

I did have the DaVinci Robotic method for my sleeve and everything turned out just fine. My Doc explained that the Robot provides him with much better range and dexterity along with several other benefits. Anything that makes his job easier and he feels provided for a better outcome was fine with me. I even had umbilical and hiatal hernias repaired during the surgery. ;)
