So I'm about three months post op and for the most part I eat good. Sometimes i slip up and eat stuff I shouldn't. I started at 276 now I'm 227. 30 year old male and I try to exercise hear and there. Last week I did 20 mins 3 days in a row on the elliptical machine. I've been kinda suck at this number and thinking I'm not going to lose anymore. My doctor said I'm right where I should be for how long ago my surgery was. 57 pounds down. I just feel like I'm not gonna lose anymore. Anyone else had this problem. What happened did you still lose. I hear some people say they don't even exercise and lose over 100 pounds. I'm 5'4" and probably should way around 160-180. If I hit 180 I would be shocked.
