What does "PB" mean?

I keep seeing it used in posts but haven't been able to extrapolate a meaning for it yet. Thanks!

    It stands for a productive burp. When you burp and food comes up...gross I know....

    When food backs up into your esophagus your body creates saliva and phlegm to help the food pass through. Some people can regurgitate some of that stuck food and spit it out. This takes a lot of pressure away from your pouch and esophagus.
