In restaurants just talk to the manager and ask to purée a meal for you. I was told a story a friend of my mums had the sleeve done and went on a cruise a week later. He just always ordered milk etc or got the kitchen staff to purée something for him.

Lots of yogurts! Applesauce cups (no sugar added). They even make those apple sauce squeeze bags now. Creamy Soups in restaurants. Possibly white fish broiled that you sorta mash up yourself before eating.

Injury protein powder chicken soup is an easy meal packing 21 grams of protein.
