I'm to Be Sleeved on 10/25 with Dr. Alvarez - Any Pointers?

Hello, I have my appointment to be sleeved by Dr. Alvarez on 10/25. Do you have any pointers? I'm scared to death but I do believe Dr. Alvarez is an amazing surgeon. I'm hoping you all will post any tips you might have!

I just came back from surgrey in Mexico with Dr Cabrera. It was a good experience. Make sure you bring comfortable nighty (tshirt type) because you will be walking lots and might not like elastic on your tummy. Gas X strips are amazing and make all the difference. Hope you have a successful surgery!
