Living in Onderland

Hello Everyone!!!

It's been a while since I posted anything but life has been great and on Friday at my doctor's appointment I got weighed and I have lost 102 lbs since my surgery on April 21st. On April 21st I weighed 285 lbs, today I weigh 185.6 lbs and I wear a size 14!!! I am very busy with school and working full-time and I'm only 12 credits away from receiving my bachelors degree in psychology. Life is definitely better when you subscribe to living a healthy lifestyle which includes exercising daily, eating clean, healthy food, getting your required amount of Protein, and drinking pleanty of good old Water. I walk five miles everyday and do strength training which includes sparring and yoga three times a week. I look good, feel good and I am grateful that I had all of you guys to give me encouragement that I could do this. I'll try to check in more often but to be honest I have so much energy now that doing anything that requires me to sit still is not an option. So for those of you who are still waiting for your surgery dates or to get approved for the surgery, be patient and don't give up; it is well worth the wait to live a happy and healthy life, God Bless You All!!!

Hello James, thanks for your kind words. It is amazing to see the results of the surgery and my determination to live a healthy lifestyle pay off in such a way. All of the pain and struggles with staying focused are gone and in there place is this passion and zest to just be healthy for the rest of my life. I'm smiling all over now and cannot believe how obese I once was ???????????????????? I'm In Love With The New Me!!!
