5 Day Pouch Test Hiccup

So, today I decided to start a 5 day pouch test because I felt like I was eating more than I was previously and felt like I needed a "restart". I've done the 5 day pouch test previously and it helped me out of a plateau, so I'm trying to do it every couple of months just to keep myself on track.
Anywho, all went well with my first day of liquids until I got home and started slicing up summer sausage and cheese for my little one. Without thinking, I popped a slice of cheese and sausage in my mouth and didn't realize what I'd done until I was reaching for another slice. *facepalm* My question is this for those of you who've done the test; do you think I need to start my first day of liquids over again or should I just keep going and not screw up again? The good news is, after eating that little bit of cheese and meat, I'm feeling satisfied and no longer need to drink my last protein shake of the day...yay!

Nah, you're fine. No carbs in cheese and meat so no sweat and you should be able to carry on with your cleansing.

I think your concept as to what this is designed to do for someone who is banded, is 180 degrees out from what I believe it is for.....but then I read different opinions here all the time so who knows....

Whatever works for you in some way, then go for it!
