On my way!

Had my first surgeon and nutritionist appointment today... I am officially on my way! I have 3 follow up appointments which I have strategically scheduled for right before Halloween, right before thanksgiving, and right before Christmas. I'm hoping that any minor holiday gain can be lost before the next weigh in.

Surgeon was fantastic. He was patient and answered all my questions. I was hoping for a little more guidance from the nutritionist, but perhaps I'll get that more down the line. With Aetna I can be denied for even a 1lb gain, so I was hoping she would give me more guidance as to how to handle the next 3 months. Honestly though, I know what to do, I just haven't been doing it.

Time to get it together!
