I just got my surgery date today! I will be having my gastric sleeve surgery done at KC Bariatric Center in Lenexa KS by Dr Hamilton. I would love to have a surgery buddy to share my daily joys and struggles with along the journey. If you have surgery on that day too.... let me know!

I am completely new to this but I have made the decision to get the gastric sleeve. My insurance requires I do a six month diet followed by my physician so I am starting apps with her next week. I have my first appt with the bariatric center in October. I feel like this sex months is going to take forever! Just wanted to find somewhere with some support in the wait and a place where I can have questions answered by people in the same boat!
