i have paper from my doc i have to have 3 bariatric advantage shakes and Clear liquids any other ideas the paper is very vague im so hungry

You can have broth and sugar free Popsicles.. It is hard the first three days, I had headaches and hunger pangs big time. But it does get easier, you just have to keep thinking about why you are doing this. It will also prep you for your post op diet.. Once your stomach shrinks from lack of good the liquids do full you up. You can do this.
