Lapband to VSG - Revision

Hi, I have had 3 Lapband slips and my doctor is recommending me for a revision to VSG. I just found out that he won't remove the lapband and revise to VSG in one surgery. He does it in two. I can't afford to have 2 separate surgeries. Does anyone know if there are any doctors in the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area who will do the Lapband to VSG all on the same day.

Please let me know.
