Is diabetes considered a co-morbidity?

I'm pretty sure it is, and my blood work came back positive for it. Anyone know for sure.

Thanks. Does anyone know if I need to get a confirmed, official diagnosis from my primary, or is the blood work taken by the surgeon enough? I'm using the O-band center, new look, new life. They have the bloodwork and they are processing the insurance paperwork
