Anyone Know of Insurance You Can Be that will Pay for Complications?

I've just about made up my mind to have the sleeve surgery in Mexico. Does anyone know of insurance you can buy that will cover complications?

    Google medical tourism insurance. Unfortunately the policies I found either had restrictions as to where you could have the surgery, or where you could get treatment, or the coverages were so low it wasn't worth it. Also, some Mexico providers offer their own complication insurance.
